The new Strategic Plan has been released and is available to download and view. The Strategic Plan is developed by the district leadership team based on input from the community and employees. The plan represents areas of special emphasis for staff, in addition to their other tasks and responsibilities.

The Strategic Plan keeps us focused on working towards our vision. Our vision statement is All students graduate and are prepared for a successful life. We want our all of our students to succeed. Our commitment to the plan and hard work will lead to gains in student achievement and to more students graduating.

District administrators report monthly to the Salem-Keizer School Board on progress towards achieving the goals spelled out in the Strategic Plan.
