When faced with challenges, an organization can succeed by maintaining focus on the vision. A strong vision unifies, motivates, and inspires. It gives staff a reminder of the great destination we're all working toward. Our vision, “All students graduate and are prepared for a successful life,” gives us a clear picture of what our goal looks like.

A vision defines the big picture goal of the organization, and a mission outlines the staff’s primary objectives to accomplish to achieve the goal. Put another way, the vision is the inspiration and motivation for the work of the mission.
