Carlotta Arnold, Career Specialist at Sprague High School was honored Tuesday, May 26, 2009, with the "Ernie Savage Community Service Award" that is sponsored by the Salem Exchange Clubs as a way to honor community volunteers who often go unrecognized.  It is in the spirit of gratitude to unsung heroes that we present this award.  (You may know this award by the former book named "Book of Golden Deeds".)  She is being recognized for her many years of outstanding community service to the Salem area.
