Salem-Keizer Public Schools has chosen a Quality Assurance Model (QAM) and continuous improvement process that demonstrates our commitment to our students.

Our QAM embraces continuous improvement through engagement with employees to ensure we are meeting their needs; setting appropriate benchmarks; and achieving our stated goals.

The QAM:

• allows the district to focus attention and resources on student achievement;
• enhances communication;
• standardizes processes;
• helps employees understand how they contribute to the district mission, goals and objectives;
