Employees play a vital role in creating and maintaining a harassment-free work environment. Employees also play a crucial role in helping to ensure student safety, including recognizing and responding appropriately to suspected child abuse.

Oregon law and District policy require all employees to complete annual training on the prevention, identification and reporting of child abuse and sexual harassment.
