Preventing, Identifying and Reporting Sexual Harassment

The Salem-Keizer School District recognizes the existence of sexual harassment in our society and its possible existence in the school district. The Board of Directors seeks to eliminate the problem through the implementation of a positive plan of awareness and training for its employees. Sexual harassment has no place in one’s employment situation. The Salem-Keizer School District endeavors to provide a work atmosphere free of discrimination and/or harassment of any kind.
