What To Bring (Only parents or legal guardians allowed to register)

• Child’s Birth Certificate or hospital birth record
• Immunization Records (HEP A is now required)

• Registration Fee

 *Parents are welcome to come to our office (1309 Ferry SE) to pick up a registration packet prior to registration day.

Eligibility

Child must be 3 or 4 on or before September 1, 2010 (eligible for Kindergarten in 2011 and 2012) and potty trained.  All classes will be blended 3s and 4s.

Fees

Tuition is to be paid in nine equal payments, September 2010 – May 2011.

• Registration fee $50 non-refundable
• T, Th programs $90 per month
• M, W, F programs $125 per month
• M - F programs $215 per month

Payment

Payment may be made by check, cash, or money order.  Make payments payable to Salem-Keizer Preschools and write the student's name on the memo line. Payments are due by the 1st of the month (billing statements are mailed), including payments sent directly from banking institutions. A $15 fee will be applied to late payments. A limited number of partial scholarships are available for families who meet qualifing guidelines. The scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A discount of 10% for second child enrolled is also available.

Calendar

The Preschool Program generally follows the school district’s kindergarten school calendar, with these exceptions:

• Starts the week of September 20, 2010
• Ends the week of May 23, 2011
