Community Transition Programs offer additional educational services for students 18 - 21 with disabilities. These programs focus on adult living skills and how to access the full range of services and opportunities available within their local communities. There is a strong emphasis on vocational preparation that would lead to either fully paid or assisted employment opportunities and students are presented with a wide range of on site vocational experiences.
