Purchasing

Purchasing provides centralized services to the schools and departments, providing suppport for obtaining products and services for educational needs and general operations. Purchasing also provides:

  • Training on proper procedures
  • Preparation of bids, quotes, and contracts
  • Ensuring adherence to public procurement practices
  • Processing returns
  • Holding vendor demonstrations
  • Contract management for the district
  • Training in MUNIS for requistion entry
  • Cardholder trainings for Procard program
