Free tutoring is available to students attending Washington Elementary, Claggett Creek, Houck, Parrish, Stephens and Waldo middle schools as well as McKay High School. It's part of the federal No Child Left Behind Act. The deadline to sign up your child for free tutoring is October 30, 2009. The 13th annual Crystal Apple Awards (recognizing excellence in education) is set for
