The Strategic Plan is developed by the district leadership team based on input from the community and employees. The plan represents areas of special emphasis for staff, in addition to their other tasks and responsibilities.

District administrators report monthly to the Salem-Keizer School Board on progress towards acheiving the goals spelled out in the Strategic Plan.
